Parking: Residents may choose from covered or uncovered parking for $95/month. All parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes. We have weight restrictions and breed restrictions as well as a 2 pet limit. One pet can't exceed 80lbs and two pets combined can't exceed 100 lbs. Breed restrictions include typical aggressive breeds. One time pet fee due at move in which is $300 pet fee for 1 and $500 pet fee for 2. Monthly pet rent is $35/month for 1 and $50/month for 2.

The Old Main building's water/sewer is individually metered.
The Capital Trail building's water/sewer is through RUBS
The building is controlled access so guests will use the call box to enter the building. The call box dials straight to residents cell phones. Guest parking: Guests that are staying for 3+ nights are able to receive a guest pass to park in the uncovered parking lot across from the leasing office for free. Guests that are staying for less than 3 nights will use free public street parking.
Yes. The GRTC Pulse Bus stop is 3 blocks away - 5 min walk

Yes. We are located on The Virginia Capital Trail. It is a bike trail that runs from Richmond to Williamsburg and it is over 50 miles long.
